Bishop Modern is at 217 Melba St, Dallas, TX 75208 — half a block from the main street of the Bishop Arts District in North Oak Cliff, with restaurants, coffee, bars and shops a short walk away.

Bishop Modern has 99 homes across six floor plans, from 701 to 1,020 sq ft: one-bedrooms (A1, A1A, A2, A4), a one-bedroom corner home (A5) and a one-bedroom plus study (A3). Every plan has a dimensioned floor plan and renders on this page, and several have 3D virtual tours.
Current asking rents are listed by floor plan in the Floorplans section and on the interactive site plan, and they update hourly from our leasing system. As of October 2026 homes start at $2,069 per month.
